Many of us were taught to focus relentlessly on the problems we have in order to solve them. In fact, the opposite works. When we focus intensely on the energy of the problem, it can’t get solved because we are in the vibration of the problem, a completely different frequency than the vibration of the solution.
Are you afraid to “let go” of the problem you are focused on? I know that problems and challenges “grab” our attention, they are very good at that. But we need to find new ways to focus if we are going to have any relief from these challenges. I used to feel afraid that if I’m not monitoring one of my problems, it won’t get fixed or solved. But now I know the opposite is true!
Problems can’t get solved when you are focused on the vibration of the problem… You must be a vibrational match to the solution in order for solutions to appear!
When you have been intensely focused on solving a problem, what can you do to change your vibration and release this focus about the issue? Find ways to help you let go, energetically, of the problem:
(1) Focus on gratitude
(2) Use EFT/ Meridian Tapping on your frustration
(3) Get a change of scene – just do something else!
(4) Relax and meditate
These are just a few of the many options you have to getting yourself out of the way so the solution can present itself to you. Remember, the energy of the solution needs room… and if you’re squeezing it out by focusing all your energy on the dynamics of the problem, the solution can’t show up for you.
So when you feel as if you are wrestling with a really big problem, I invite you to start practicing new behaviors in order to allow the solution to come into your life. It won’t come into your life until you let go of the energy of the problem.

Today is one of my favorite days of the year. Why you ask?
Because today is the day we get to “March Forth.” I believe this to be the only day of the year we get to take action just by the significance of the date alone!!
So friends, today I ask you to march forth and prosper! Take a new perspective and try something new. Take action and make a change in your life. It all starts with a thought. Make today’s thought a game changer for you!

There are several, traditional core exercises that have proven results, when it comes to sculpted abs and a flatter stomach. These include ab crunches, leg lifts, squats and lunges. There are other ways to strengthen your core muscles, and Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga is a great alternative for those that are tired of crunches or Pilates. Even though Pilates focuses on the core muscle group from the pelvic muscles to the abdominals and the diaphragm, this kind of yoga is a great alternative for strengthening the core muscle group without a boring and strenuous exercise routine.
There are many different types of yoga, but Vinyasa is a general term that relates to breath-synchronized movement through a series of yoga poses. Sun Salutations are a part of warm up and stretches muscles prior to a more intense workout. Ashtanga and Power Yoga include a series of poses that are more physically demanding and faster paced. It includes a flow of poses that are usually done in a particular order, with constant movement from one pose to the next pose, exercising and stretching a different set of core muscles.
When it comes to sculpting the abs and getting a flatter belly, a good overall body workout is helpful, including cardio routines or strength training. Any exercises that build muscles can cause you to burn more calories and have additional muscle strength. When it comes to the best core exercises, it is a matter of focused stretching and contracting of the muscles, along with deep breathing exercises, that yields some of the easiest and best results and this is what makes Vinyasa or Ashtanga such great choices.
Consider some of the Vinyasa yoga poses that require balance, focus, concentration and proper form. They push muscles to a working position without straining. These yoga poses are even more effective when you add deep breathing to the count of 10, for each pose that you assume during your yoga workout.
When you consider some of the best yoga poses for core muscle conditioning, there are a few to master. There are so many yoga poses that learning the sequence can be a fun and interesting way to do add variety to your core workout routine.
Sun Salutation warm-up, stretching yoga poses are done in the following sequence:
Tadasana, Urdhva Hastasana, Uttanasana, reposition for the Uttansana again and then move into the Downward facing dog, Plank position, drop to your Knees, Chest and Chin, Cobra, Downward facing dog, Uttanasana, Urdhva Hastasana, and finally Tadasana. The sequence is repeated on the other side. These beginner yoga poses are easily found in a number of places on the Internet and many people may already know them from yoga classes.
Following the Sun Salutations, the following effective core poses are part of a fun and effective core training workout:
Cat-Cow Stretch, then Hands and Knee Balance, followed by Downward Facing Dog, Plank Pose, Side Plank Pose, High Lunge, Half Moon Pose, Awkward Chair Pose, Eagle Pose, and finally, the Boat Pose. Try taking deep a breath and holding it for 10 counts between poses.
Who says that core exercises can’t be fun and interesting? Consider mastering these yoga poses for core strengthening and more sculpted abs and a flatter stomach.

My 4 year old niece Maggie tried on hockey skates this past week for the first time. It was her first time on skates. Since she was at the park with her two older brothers, she was ready to take on skating!
Maggie put on the skates just like her brothers and took to the ice. She fell a few times and was in disbelief that she fell! Asking her mom, why am I falling? She immediately got up by herself and began skating again. After her first hour of skating, she was comfortable on ice and skating with the boys! There was no assistance from anyone. She learned by watching her brothers skate and doing what they were doing.
The key factor with Maggie is – she expected to skate with her brothers. If her brothers can do it, so can she. No one told her she would need to practice, or learn how to skate. She had no idea that falling was part of the learning curve.
Because Maggie thinks she can do everything that her older brothers can do, she has no known limitations. It does not matter that Maggie is 5 & 8 yrs younger than her brothers. The same thing happened when Maggie took to riding her bike at age 3. She just hopped on and and in a couple of minutes she was riding a bike.
Imagine if we took Maggie’s attitude and knew we could do it. Disregard any limitations and just do it. How would your life be different when you try something new?

As the Shift approaches, trainers are finding that the teaching or learning of energy work is happening much more quickly. Training that used to take days and days, can now be done in a weekend. So, whether you are interested in energetic healing through massage, Shiatsu, EFT or Ho’oponopono, training and healing are happening faster and with better results than ever before.
There are two waves that the earth is passing through. The first provides new possibilities and choices which allows us greater access to new energetic healing techniques, and the second will create harmony. This will empower Sedona Method, Byron Katie’s The Work and again, Ho’oponopono. This will help us to clear old patterns of thought.
The old patterns keep us in the past, or future. This is 3rd dimensional thinking. In the 4th dimension we are always in the present. This provides us with access to the 5th dimension where instantaneous co-creation is the norm.
Thoughts are Electrical and Feelings are Magnetic
Disease is a misalignment of thought and feeling, and thus can be healed with energetic healing. Our bodies are great electromagnetic engines. If we have a bad feeling about something in the present, we can drop it and forgive the perpetrator, or we can hang on to it. We hang on to it by replaying the event in our minds.
Every time we replay it, we are wrapping another wire around the magnet, creating an electro-magnet. Each wire strengthens the energy output. As we begin to add reasons why this happened, we are again joining our thoughts to our feelings, and strengthening the electro-magnet with yet another wire wrapped around it.
Soon, we are no longer happy. Now we are in a state of dis-ease. This is a misalignment of our Emotional body with our Mental body and now it is based in the past. To correct this misalignment we need to disconnect from the thoughts and memories of the past. We only have to unwrap those wires.
Dr. Hew Len, Master Teacher of Ho’oponopono speaks of “re-membering” the past, or giving arms and legs to the past so that it can carry on. This is never a good idea.
When Eckhart Tolle speaks of the “pain body”, he is speaking of the energy that is emanating from the body. This is that electromagnetic energy produced by the distressing memory. It can be felt in a room where two people are arguing. It can be felt in a room when an angry person enters. It can be felt in a room where a divorcing husband and wife are struggling with their feelings.
Healing the Misalignment
We have 4 bodies:
1. Physical Body
2. Spiritual Body
3. Mental Body
4. Emotional (or Astral)Body
We have the Physical and Spiritual bodies, which are always in the present. We have the Mental Body, which can be in the past, the present or the future. Finally, we have the emotional body which can be in the past or in the present.
The future makes no sense to the emotional body. We can’t project our feelings into the future and feel them. This is why manifesting for the Law of Attraction and healing have to be done in the present. There is no future to the emotional or magnetic body. You cannot unwrap those wires from the magnet in the future. You can only unwrap them in the present.
For healing you must come into the present with your mental and your emotional bodies. Unwrap the ideas, the thoughts, the reasoning that you have wrapped around your heart (magnetic center) and be in the present.
As Byron Katie says, “the present is always kind.”

The topic of matter, the universe, and our place within creation, is the subject of folklore; the goal of scientists to unfold; priests, alchemists, philosophers yearn to make sense of the universe, within their field of vision. What is clear is that the universe follows an order, which conforms to strict laws. The more we can understand these patterns, the greater our empowerment to enlarge the view we have of our world and ourselves. Ultimately all fields merge into one, and the answers tie up all fields in human history. Yet, whether we will ever be able to satisfactorily answer all these questions is a moot point.
Life? Within this phantasmagoric playing field, earthlings engage with fundamental forces of matter, swimming through life, struggling, thriving, surviving, dying. This marvelous life is really an alchemical wonderland – in which fields upon fields of energy intertwine. Kabbalistically there are really four worlds – emanation (divine), creation, formation and action (the material world).
Within this field, we play like children amongst the forests of imagination, building the power of our mind, our bodies, our spirit. Some are “gifted” various talents, often the work of previous lives/ karma.
This alchemical symphony is comprised of forces: – forcefields of energy. How we navigate through life, is a question of juggling through matter and playing with energy. Success means we are accomplished in our usage and development of our energy resources. A unit of energy is a unit of power, a unit of light, a unit of force, a unit of matter (stored energy).
We know subconsciously that money is a unit of energy. With money, you can move weight, you can shift matter. The more money you have, the more matter you can shift, and the more quickly you can do it. Money is a measure of power. This is why it’s so attractive, so compelling, and so seductive. It also means you can do a lot of things without waiting.
Money gives us power to change the world, but without managing our own power, it’s unlikely we would be able to enjoy whatever money we have, or make it in the first place. Some powers wane with time, like physical looks, for instance, which can be an incredibly potent force temporarily. A beautiful woman is able to move a thousand men to risk everything, to give up, to sacrifice, to climb mountains, buy gifts, and create artworks for her. She’s able to entice, manipulate, and move people, by the power of her looks. These days a beautiful woman can even sell pictures of her body, or walk on a catwalk in return for great wealth. Great fortunes can be made using the power of sex.
It’s important to be mindful of energy (power) and our usage of it in our lives. If we wake up with 100 units of energy (per day), what do we do with this energy? Do we squander it on mindlessness, pilfer it on irrelevancies, and waste it on fantasy? How much of our energy do we keep in the present time? Is most of it left in our lost childhood, bad run of luck, divorce, our bad parenting, our abusive boss… or do we keep our energy in pristine working order focused on the now? How we manage our energy, our resources, is everything. Our lives are like a bank of energy – we need to invest in all aspects of ourselves – to create radiant health – a creative mind, a supple body, a happy spirit.
Whether we’re aware of it or not, we’re all trying to grow our power, to expand our energy and resources. We do this via myriad methods, for example – making more friends/ acquaintances, networking, making more money/ building wealth, expanding our knowledge/ expertise, developing/improving our bodies, growing ourselves spiritually, creating relationships, improving our emotional intelligence, doing good deeds/ giving charity (expanding our “contribution to the world” bank account), etc.
Some of our goals may be purely egotistical, but there is always an underlying energetic component, an underlying spiritual component. Spirit moves through energy, often transcending it, and yet within matter lives spirit. Building your biceps requires engaging with the laws of the universe, the laws of matter, the laws of spirit. In everything we do, we are engaging with these forces.
The more we can disengage from destructive thoughts, the more we can engage with the present time, the more “healing” we do (of our mind-body-spirit), the more “weightless” we become. Weightlessness means life flows, plays out a harmony of our choosing, synchronicities happen at will, change is the ultimate present.
We have the free will to choose to follow our soul path, function according to the rules of life’s game, play with spirit, or play victim to life’s experience. Consciously engaging with these forces empowers us and expands our lives. Acknowledging that fear is not the ruler of our lives, will also enable us to make better choices on our paths. Aligning ourselves from an open space of presence to the potential of every moment, engages our spirit, engages forces beyond us, and our power in this world expands exponentially.
Align to your true self; play with energy like a child in a playground. Who you are has no limitation or restriction.

Homemade bath salts are easy to make, and can be used over and over again in your bath recipes. You can easily whip up a batch that will last you very several baths, and always be ready for you to just add a few scoops as you pour the water. Creating your own bath recipes does not have to be a chore, or take up a lot of your precious time!
To get started making your own homemade bath salts, you will first need to get some salt. If you plan to make a fair bit, consider buying in bulk, as it is cheaper and you’ll then have lots on hand for your bath recipes.
Sea salt, Epsom salt and Dead Sea salt are a good place to start, as all are excellent for your baths. If you are not sure which one you want to start with, do some research online and find out the various benefits of each to decide which one to purchase. You might want to purchase a bit of each to add some variety to your bath recipes.
Homemade bath salts recipes can be as simple or as complicated as you want to make them. Some of my favorite bath recipes are just some essential oil mixed into some Epsom salt. Lavender and Eucalyptus essential oil are a couple of my favorites to use, and there is a large variety of other essential oils you can get to mix different scents and create your own custom bath recipes.
You might also want to research some of the different essential oils and find out what their health benefits are. You can then customize your homemade bath salts so that they provide the benefits you particularly want.

1.Yoga is good for your health.
Considering that a lot of illnesses are related to stress, yoga just maybe what your body needs. It improves relaxation, posture, breathing and includes meditation type exercises and proper diet. Yoga is great for lowering levels of tension and anxiety which is said to affect the immune system. Research proves that yoga can help with hypertension, respiratory problems, sleep disorders, headaches and lower back pain. Yoga can make the cardiovascular system stronger, improve digestion and even help control pain. All in all, yoga is a very cost effective prevention.
2.Yoga improves fitness and energy levels.
Yoga is great for mind and body relaxation which conserves your energy making it available for high stress situations. Yoga can increase your flexibility, strength and fitness level. It can also be a great weight loss tool.
3.Yoga keeps your mind in balance. Yoga is not only great for the physical aspect but using hormonal means it can help keep your mind at a good working level. The mind tells the body what to do be it attitude, negative thoughts or emotional distress. By clearing the mind of all those damaging thoughts you set the stage for a better life. Yoga can be much more effective than drugs such as tranquillizers because it works without any side effects. Yoga keeps you alert and relaxed.
4.Yoga aids in personal growth. Yoga can help the mind reach a higher state of consciousness which strips away any negative self esteem, revealing the true you. This state of mind can be uncomplicated and harmonious. Yoga can make you feel good about your body, increases positive self image and can actually
increase your level of concentration and memory.
5.Yoga can help with your relationships. By giving you a better mindset, yoga will improve your relations with all the people in your life as it will help you with patience, compassion and forgiveness. Using yoga you can control your own mind and free yourself from undesirable thoughts that sometimes stand in the way of relationships.
6.Yoga will enhance your awareness.
With heightened awareness you will be able to handle situations in life with extreme clarity and tranquility. Yoga will even help you with your senses such as sight, sound, smell and touch. More importantly, yoga connects you with the spirituality that is the balance of mind and body.
7.Yoga can enhance other activities.
Although yoga is its own entity it can be used to improve any sport, workout, martial arts and aerobics. It can be practiced along with any physical or mental activity.
8.Yoga is uncomplicated and convenient. Yoga is not a high stress workout, you can basically practice yoga in your own home or anywhere else for that matter. If you are just starting out you should consider attending classes but even the drive time to and from the class can be used as a time to practice yoga. Yoga makes you feel like you are creating more time than consuming it. This help with our overstressed lives and gives us something good to look forward to.
