The New Year is here! Happy New Year!

Time to reflect on what the last year meant to you.

What did you do that you are proud of?, What makes you smile?
What accomplishements did you make? What friends did you make?
How has your life improved?

On the flip side, what can you learn from the errors you made?
What decisions would you change? What did not work for you?

I do love reflecting at this time of the year, because it is a time
for new beginnings, a change in your path for the year ahead.

Be smart, be reflective, be the change you want to be!

In ‘08 some of the things I am most happy about are……

Starting my blog here at www.yourmindbodyandsoul123.com
I have learned a great deal about blogging, internet marketing,
social media marketing, etc.

I have met so many wonderful people and have learned from
people whom I have never met from all over the world!

I have learned to think globally, to think we are all one and in
this game of life together.

I also had the time of my life meeting my new hockey mom friends.

Little did I know that attending a high school hockey game last year
would change my social life forever!!

Here is a short video I made of our Summer together!

These friends have put a perma-smile on my face and heart.
They accepted me with unconditional love and what a gift
that is. I love them!

I can not imagine my life now without my hockey mom friends!
No doubt there is some soul connection here!

Moreover, I learned what it takes to set up a home business and
the discipline it takes.

On the flip side, I cherish the freedom a home business gives you!
I love getting a call on my ‘bat phone’ and in 20 minutes I am socializing
with friends. A sense of urgency at its finest!

I have learned from business decisions I made and will adjust in ‘09.

All in all, ‘08 was one of my best years ever! My pocketbook may have
taken a hit, but my mind body and soul have soared.

For this, I am eternally grateful for yet the best year of my life!

How was your ‘08?

Wishing you the best year ever in ‘09!

Make a difference in the world!
