Hold A Finger For Quick Relief

Susan a blogger at Practical Self Healing Steps Blog offered this healing post that I would like to share with you.

Many times I have heard - healing is simple. Keep it simple. This short technique by holding an individual finger to remedy an illness or ’stinky thinking’ illnesses, is just that - Simple. Give this technique a try and keep trying it until it becomes a habit.

Lets begin by taking hold of your fingers.

Starting with the thumb, just by holding the thumb and waiting for a pulse, you can relieve a nauseated stomach and or excess worry.

Next the index finger, hold and wait for a pulse to restore circulation and freedom from fear/anxiety.

Holding the middle finger and waiting for a pulse relieves hostility and aggression by harmonizing the liver and gall bladder. It also increases our capacity for compassion.

Our ring finger involves essential rhythms of life, when holding this you can balance your respiratory system. It also releases grief and sorrow.

Finally, our little finger when held releases pretense, doubt and judgment. It nourishes and brings balance to the heart and small intestine.

These are a few techniques I’ve used to help myself.

Creating Fulfillment

Are you open to fulfillment?

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be totally fulfilled? When was the last time you experienced fulfillment in your life?

Fulfillment was the topic of our very first coaching call with the 40 Days & 40 Nights participants. Fulfillment is not often discussed by teachers of success and law of attraction, yet it is critical to your ability to create authentic wealth and abundance in your life.

One of the biggest challenges to shifting from a state of lack to a state of abundance is becoming aware of the underlying energy or feeling tone from which you begin the process.

For example, if you decide you want to create more wealth in your life, but the underlying reason for this is because you are feeling “lack”, “not enough” or anxiety about money, you will not be able to create authentic wealth.

You may be able to create a short term lift in your bank account but creating authentic wealth, as opposed to just more money, is never the result of frenetic doing, manipulating others, an extreme work load or anything that results in you feeling less instead of more.

Authentic wealth is the natural outcome of allowing yourself to BE, moment to moment, in a state of fulfillment. How do you know when you are creating from fulfillment?

The energy of fulfillment is the polar opposite of the energy of lack and contains the following elements:

+ Enough-ness

+ Fullness

+ Warmth

+ Security

+ Nurtured

+ Content

+ Satisfied

+ Peaceful

+ Appreciation

Fulfillment is the foundational energy that creates wealth. Wealth is about fulfillment. Wealth is about expressing your purpose in the world and having the Universe return it to you in response to everything you dream of.

Get familiar with this feeling because this feeling can be the experience of your life!

The Energetic Road to Wealth

I knew the 40 days and nights wealth program which I will call “40 days” from this day forward, would be powerful as I felt the energy in the program introduction calls. I thought the energy I felt might be a fluke so I listened to the replay of the introduction call and woa la … the same energy returned. It appeared to be no fluke!

I decided at that point to sign up for this wealth immersion program with the Morelli’s. They appeared from an energetic stand point to be the real deal and I wanted in! It helped that this was billed as a one time opportunity! Kristin was called at this time and place to begin the immersion program!

The first day kicked off with a Coaching Call on April 28th with all 400 participants. The call was to last 88 minutes. Why 88 minutes? Because the number 8 is a sign of infinity! I like the number 8 now!! Reminds me of the infamous quote in Toy Story ….. ” to Infinity and Beyond..”

The first coaching call talked alot about expectations and ideas for us to get into the energetic space to raise our vibration throughout the 40 days.

Some of the suggestions were to turn off the TV, the news, stop reading the newspaper, magazines, get to bed by 10p, eat healthy, stop fast food were the ones I remember.

I do not have a problem turning the TV off with the exception of American Idol on Tues/Wed. I agreed to tape these calls and make them go much quicker on the replay! Other than that, I could offer up TV for 40 days!

Next for me was the idea of getting to bed by 10p. I am more of a night owl and have an aversion to early mornings. I am a walking zombie in the mornings and the earlier the hour, the deeper my zombie like state is.

How was I going to get up early for the morning meditations and get to bed by 10p? It did help to hear that Kristin is also a night owl. It was going to be difficult for her as well. Ok, that works for me. She can relate to my early morning pain.

My other glaring obstacle is going to be fast food. I should have stock in the Golden Arches. One of the things I am most thankful for in this life is Mickey D’s and the quick availability to eat on call. What a gift. Now you want me to give this up? We will see how it goes …. this one will be tough!

40 Days Wealth Immersion Highlights

I will be partaking in the 40 days/nights wealth immersion program. The next 40 days will change my life. I am hoping it will change my life in more ways than just financially. When we work with energy, anything can happen! Hence, I expect my life will change in a number of ways as long as I participate! It is up to me and only me if I want personal & spiritual growth.

The 40 days/nights wealth immersion program with David and Kristin Morelli consists of the following:

David Morelli: He is a spiritual teacher, energy healer, intuitive and coach. He has extensive training in personal growth. He is a licensed Non-Denominational Minister, Reiki Master, Certified Biofeedback Practictioner, NLP Practictioner.

Kristin Morelli: She is a spiritual teacher and manifestation coach. She retired as a self made multi-millionaire by the age of 30. She has come out of retirement to facilitate the awakening of people’s authenticity and spiritual growth.

We will spend 40 days in the energetic presence of both David and Kristin.

* Starting off each morning and closing each night with a 15-25 minute meditation.

* Spending 88 minutes together on Tuesdays and Thursdays on coaching calls.

* Coaching calls would entail ‘laser coaching’ with a couple of participants. We would ‘borrow benefits’ from those being coached.

* 5 DVD of the Quantum Money Magnet Workshop.

* 5 CD’s of the Quantum Money Magnet Workshop.

* All participants will have the opportunity to have one on one coaching with either David or Kristin.

This is what we will experience in the next 40 days. The Morelli’s ask us to be present and to simply ’show up’ for the calls for 40 days.

40 Days and Nights Wealth Immersion Program

I am kicking off a 40 day wealth immersion program with David and Kristin Morelli. David and Kristin are the authors of the program called Authentic Attraction and the hosts of the radio program called “Everything is Energy.”

This wealth immersion program kickoffs on April 28th. The program is intended for the participants to share energy, wealth tools and meditations of wealth with the Morelli’s! The Morelli’s will share wealth energy tools and hold space for the participants for 40 days and nights.

David is a spiritual director who can see energy and energy patterns. He can see where the energy blocks are in you which are preventing you from achieving your abundance.

Kristin was a millionaire by the age of 27 and retired at age 30 as a single parent. She decided to come out of retirement to help others on their spiritual path to abundance. She has coached many millionaires and is ready to ‘kick butts’ to anyone who wants to be coached.

The program is not cheap. It is a $1700 investment. However the program requires focus and committment for 40 days with the Morelli’s.

The road has begun and I will be walking down it for the next 40 days …….

Power Yoga For Modern Living

This power yoga routine is excellent for a total body warm up before you begin your exercise program and, in fact, is a very good workout in itself. It stretches your muscles and works your breathing, as well as strengthens your arms, back, chest and legs. It is important to breathe fully and to do each part of the exercise slowly. Do not hurry through this and concentrate on your breathing throughout.

You start in a standing position with your arms hanging at your side. Slowly breathe in deeply while you look to the ceiling and raise your arms overhead. Try to touch the sky. Slowly bend forward, breathing out, and touch your hands to the floor. Keep your legs as straight as possible but it is important that you stretch down as much as possible. In the beginning, you will probably have to bend your legs. Your head is close to your body and you want to look between your legs. If you are limber, place your palms flat on the floor. Breathe in and, holding the same position, lift your head and look forward. Breathe out and walk your feet backward as you get into a pushup position.

When you become efficient at this routine, you can jump back into position if you like. Breathing in, lower your belly close to the floor, at the same time shift your feet so the top of your feet are flat on the floor and stretch your upper body upward. You stretch your neck muscles as well by looking up at the ceiling. Breathe out and move your body so that the bottom of your feet are now flat on the floor and your butt is as high in the air as possible. Look between your legs. You are in an inverted V position. Breathe in and walk your feet forward until you are back into the position where you are touching the floor with your head close to your body and you are looking forward. Breathe out and lower your head so you are now looking between your legs again. Breathe in and slowly stretch up, standing and reaching for the sky, looking at the ceiling. Now breathe out and return to your starting position, hands at your side. You have just completed one set.

Your goal is to work up to five sets eventually. Remember to concentrate on your breathing. When you breathe in, do it slowly and take in as much breath as possible. When you breathe out, exhale all your breath and try to touch your back with your belly button. Do these before exercising or do them first thing in the morning to get your body ready to face the day.
