Here is a Truth I Must Share with You

I was reminded twice this past week of the following truth I must share again!
The root of all human suffering is the belief that “I am not good enough”.
Yet the core of our being, our soul, is LOVE!
We lose ourselves in this thing we call life. We begin to believe we are all
these experiences we are having. Through our experiences, we form beliefs and
then we live out these beliefs.
You are not your thoughts, beliefs, and experiences. They exist outside of you.
When you reconnect to your heart and live from the inside out, you see you
are so much more.
You are love, and you are powerful beyond belief.
