Your Intuition: The Direct Path to Your Greatest Personal Growth

Reason and Intuition

Imagine this: As you go throughout your day, faced with hundreds of choices and decisions, you have instant access to a database of knowledge. On demand, this database can tell you the best move to make in every situation that will result in your highest good. You can tap into this ‘advisor’ on a moment’s notice, and trust it’s wisdom whole-heartedly.

Well, guess what? We were all born with this powerful ‘advisor’: it’s called INTUITION. Why can’t you “hear” yours? Due to years of conditioning, most of us have learned to suppress it’s wisdom and to look outside of ourselves to find answers to who we are and what we should do.

Today more then ever, we all need to step into our power & embrace this advisor for our own lives and for the world.

NOW is the time to stop looking to your left and right for your answers. NOW is the time to release the need for outside validation and instead tap into the voice of your own internal advisor. It’s more powerful and more wise than you can imagine, and it’s the most direct path to realizing your soul’s dreams.

And sure, as you get to “know” this long-lost friend, there will be times when you may not like the outcome or feel the direction was off track. But it takes some practice and time to learn to listen and know when your intuition is speaking to you (versus your mind or ego). Yet once you learn this, a whole new world begins to open up: one you’ve dreamt of, but never fully experienced.

One of my clients to whom I’ve taught this message said “I don’t know how I made it this far…it was like making decisions while trying to feel around in the dark. But not anymore! Now I can see clearly where I need to go and how I can get there.”

What can YOU do to open the door to this infinite well of laser-sharp wisdom? Check in next week when we’ll offer you a plethora of free resources, ongoing support, and opportunities to dive much much deeper.

Why “Letting Go” Works…

Emotional Freedom Technique
Image via Wikipedia

By Dr Carol Look

Many of us were taught to focus relentlessly on the problems we have in order to solve them. In fact, the opposite works. When we focus intensely on the energy of the problem, it can’t get solved because we are in the vibration of the problem, a completely different frequency than the vibration of the solution.

Are you afraid to “let go” of the problem you are focused on? I know that problems and challenges “grab” our attention, they are very good at that. But we need to find new ways to focus if we are going to have any relief from these challenges. I used to feel afraid that if I’m not monitoring one of my problems, it won’t get fixed or solved. But now I know the opposite is true!

Problems can’t get solved when you are focused on the vibration of the problem… You must be a vibrational match to the solution in order for solutions to appear!

When you have been intensely focused on solving a problem, what can you do to change your vibration and release this focus about the issue? Find ways to help you let go, energetically, of the problem:

(1) Focus on gratitude
(2) Use EFT/ Meridian Tapping on your frustration
(3) Get a change of scene – just do something else!
(4) Relax and meditate

These are just a few of the many options you have to getting yourself out of the way so the solution can present itself to you. Remember, the energy of the solution needs room… and if you’re squeezing it out by focusing all your energy on the dynamics of the problem, the solution can’t show up for you.

So when you feel as if you are wrestling with a really big problem, I invite you to start practicing new behaviors in order to allow the solution to come into your life. It won’t come into your life until you let go of the energy of the problem.

Today is one of my favorite days of the year. Why you ask?

Because today is the day we get to “March Forth.” I believe this to be the only day of the year we get to take action just by the significance of the date alone!!

So friends, today I ask you to march forth and prosper! Take a new perspective and try something new. Take action and make a change in your life. It all starts with a thought. Make today’s thought a game changer for you!

“March Forth!”

Consider Yoga As Part of Your Core Exercise Routine For Sculpted Abs and a Flatter Stomach

There are several, traditional core exercises that have proven results, when it comes to sculpted abs and a flatter stomach. These include ab crunches, leg lifts, squats and lunges. There are other ways to strengthen your core muscles, and Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga is a great alternative for those that are tired of crunches or Pilates. Even though Pilates focuses on the core muscle group from the pelvic muscles to the abdominals and the diaphragm, this kind of yoga is a great alternative for strengthening the core muscle group without a boring and strenuous exercise routine.

There are many different types of yoga, but Vinyasa is a general term that relates to breath-synchronized movement through a series of yoga poses. Sun Salutations are a part of warm up and stretches muscles prior to a more intense workout. Ashtanga and Power Yoga include a series of poses that are more physically demanding and faster paced. It includes a flow of poses that are usually done in a particular order, with constant movement from one pose to the next pose, exercising and stretching a different set of core muscles.

When it comes to sculpting the abs and getting a flatter belly, a good overall body workout is helpful, including cardio routines or strength training. Any exercises that build muscles can cause you to burn more calories and have additional muscle strength. When it comes to the best core exercises, it is a matter of focused stretching and contracting of the muscles, along with deep breathing exercises, that yields some of the easiest and best results and this is what makes Vinyasa or Ashtanga such great choices.

Consider some of the Vinyasa yoga poses that require balance, focus, concentration and proper form. They push muscles to a working position without straining. These yoga poses are even more effective when you add deep breathing to the count of 10, for each pose that you assume during your yoga workout.

When you consider some of the best yoga poses for core muscle conditioning, there are a few to master. There are so many yoga poses that learning the sequence can be a fun and interesting way to do add variety to your core workout routine.

Sun Salutation warm-up, stretching yoga poses are done in the following sequence:

Tadasana, Urdhva Hastasana, Uttanasana, reposition for the Uttansana again and then move into the Downward facing dog, Plank position, drop to your Knees, Chest and Chin, Cobra, Downward facing dog, Uttanasana, Urdhva Hastasana, and finally Tadasana. The sequence is repeated on the other side. These beginner yoga poses are easily found in a number of places on the Internet and many people may already know them from yoga classes.

Following the Sun Salutations, the following effective core poses are part of a fun and effective core training workout:

Cat-Cow Stretch, then Hands and Knee Balance, followed by Downward Facing Dog, Plank Pose, Side Plank Pose, High Lunge, Half Moon Pose, Awkward Chair Pose, Eagle Pose, and finally, the Boat Pose. Try taking deep a breath and holding it for 10 counts between poses.

Who says that core exercises can’t be fun and interesting? Consider mastering these yoga poses for core strengthening and more sculpted abs and a flatter stomach.
