Many times I have heard – healing is simple. Keep it simple. This short technique by holding an individual finger to remedy an illness or ’stinky thinking’ illnesses, is just that – Simple. Give this technique a try and keep trying it until it becomes a habit.

Lets begin by taking hold of your fingers.
Starting with the thumb, just by holding the thumb and waiting for a pulse, you can relieve a nauseated stomach and or excess worry.
Next the index finger, hold and wait for a pulse to restore circulation and freedom from fear/anxiety.
Holding the middle finger and waiting for a pulse relieves hostility and aggression by harmonizing the liver and gall bladder. It also increases our capacity for compassion.
Our ring finger involves essential rhythms of life, when holding this you can balance your respiratory system. It also releases grief and sorrow.
Finally, our little finger when held releases pretense, doubt and judgment. It nourishes and brings balance to the heart and small intestine.

These are a few techniques I’ve used to help myself.
Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be totally fulfilled? When was the last time you experienced fulfillment in your life?
Fulfillment was the topic of our very first coaching call with the 40 Days & 40 Nights participants. Fulfillment is not often discussed by teachers of success and law of attraction, yet it is critical to your ability to create authentic wealth and abundance in your life.
One of the biggest challenges to shifting from a state of lack to a state of abundance is becoming aware of the underlying energy or feeling tone from which you begin the process.
For example, if you decide you want to create more wealth in your life, but the underlying reason for this is because you are feeling “lack”, “not enough” or anxiety about money, you will not be able to create authentic wealth.
You may be able to create a short term lift in your bank account but creating authentic wealth, as opposed to just more money, is never the result of frenetic doing, manipulating others, an extreme work load or anything that results in you feeling less instead of more.
Authentic wealth is the natural outcome of allowing yourself to BE, moment to moment, in a state of fulfillment. How do you know when you are creating from fulfillment?
The energy of fulfillment is the polar opposite of the energy of lack and contains the following elements:
+ Enough-ness
+ Fullness
+ Warmth
+ Security
+ Nurtured
+ Content
+ Satisfied
+ Peaceful
+ Appreciation
Fulfillment is the foundational energy that creates wealth. Wealth is about fulfillment. Wealth is about expressing your purpose in the world and having the Universe return it to you in response to everything you dream of.
Get familiar with this feeling because this feeling can be the experience of your life!
I knew the 40 days and nights wealth program which I will call “40 days” from this day forward, would be powerful as I felt the energy in the program introduction calls. I thought the energy I felt might be a fluke so I listened to the replay of the introduction call and woa la … the same energy returned. It appeared to be no fluke!
I decided at that point to sign up for this wealth immersion program with the Morelli’s. They appeared from an energetic stand point to be the real deal and I wanted in! It helped that this was billed as a one time opportunity! Kristin was called at this time and place to begin the immersion program!
The first day kicked off with a Coaching Call on April 28th with all 400 participants. The call was to last 88 minutes. Why 88 minutes? Because the number 8 is a sign of infinity! I like the number 8 now!! Reminds me of the infamous quote in Toy Story ….. ” to Infinity and Beyond..”
The first coaching call talked alot about expectations and ideas for us to get into the energetic space to raise our vibration throughout the 40 days.
Some of the suggestions were to turn off the TV, the news, stop reading the newspaper, magazines, get to bed by 10p, eat healthy, stop fast food were the ones I remember.
I do not have a problem turning the TV off with the exception of American Idol on Tues/Wed. I agreed to tape these calls and make them go much quicker on the replay! Other than that, I could offer up TV for 40 days!
Next for me was the idea of getting to bed by 10p. I am more of a night owl and have an aversion to early mornings. I am a walking zombie in the mornings and the earlier the hour, the deeper my zombie like state is.
How was I going to get up early for the morning meditations and get to bed by 10p? It did help to hear that Kristin is also a night owl. It was going to be difficult for her as well. Ok, that works for me. She can relate to my early morning pain.
My other glaring obstacle is going to be fast food. I should have stock in the Golden Arches. One of the things I am most thankful for in this life is Mickey D’s and the quick availability to eat on call. What a gift. Now you want me to give this up? We will see how it goes …. this one will be tough!
