The Physics of Miracles: Tapping in to the Field of Consciousness Potential

First of all, this book is fun and uplifting. If you’re familiar with Richard’s classes on Matrix Energetics, it’s impossible to not love this book. From the first page it put me in Seminar State, where life gets weird but it’s okay–good okay, because as Richard explains, that weird state is where miracles originate.
To enjoy this book, though, it isn’t necessary to be familiar with Matrix Energetics. There is plenty here to engage your mind and heart, empower your thoughts and supercharge your life. It’s as provocative as it is entertaining, and he makes even the most complex theories accessible. Lynne McTaggart’s books help a lot when it comes to published studies on, and the physics behind the miracles that happen all around us. Still, there’s nothing even remotely like Richard. He is that far ahead.
For example, to explain how the Newtonian, reductive approach has kept us from really understanding life, he points out how different it is to know about a frog by dissecting one versus playing with them as a kid. He provides easy steps to reach the state where one can make miracles happen, and debunks the need for long periods of meditation, and backs it up by presenting information he’s found in his solid searches. (He likes to explain that “re” search will only produce the same old information, and that “search” is a lot more powerful.)
Your guides and teachers are waiting for you to engage them; that is, to ask them for guidance. Whether you ask questions of them from a conscious state, a meditative state or a prayer state, they wait for you to come to them to ask for assistance.
They provide answers, solutions, clarity, compassion and alternatives—everything you need. They speak to you via the quiet, still voice you hear speaking to you from within. At times, they are the flash of inspirational thought that appears suddenly and disappears just as suddenly. They depend on you to maintain an open heart and to be ready and listening. But they cannot make the choices for you. In other words, they cannot do the work. You must decide what you will ask and which guidance you will choose to follow. That is your responsibility.

How To Meditate
While there are many different “ways” to meditate, there are some consistencies in the general recommendations that can help you get the most out of your meditation. For instance, most types of meditation are most effectively done in a sitting position with a straight back. This helps your body more quickly reach a state of inner peace and concentration. Although lying down can help you relax, too, you are more likely to fall asleep in this position rather than focus on the meditation. While meditating, it is not entirely necessary to use the classic “lotus” posture with the legs crossed, but this is a common choice.
Meditation is best performed at certain parts of the day for best effect. It is best to avoid meditation immediately after eating a meal, as your body will be occupied with the process of digestion and less prepared to focus. Showering just before meditation can help your body feel fresh and prepared for the inner peace you are seeking. Many people claim that the best time for meditation is first thing in the morning, when your mind is more clear and alert.
To add to the relaxation meditation techniques, some suggest burning candles or incense, which can add aromatherapy effects to the meditation experience. Others enjoy using meditation music to enhance the experience—this can help mask any distracting background noise and further assist your focus on meditation. Meditation CDs can be found in many natural products stores, yoga studios, or other places that promote meditation for increased health and relaxation.
Yoga Meditation
Most types of yoga involve some form of meditation as part of the practice. Yoga meditation typically involves uniting the mind, spirit, and body and cleansing the mind. Mantras, or the repetition of a sound, word, or phrase, are often used to help focus and remove all distractions other than the purpose of the meditation, as well as very specific body postures and sequences of movements that allow for greater oxygen flow, blood flow, and energy flow.
There is no single “right” way to meditate properly, but learning to use meditation that works for you will help you attain control over your thoughts and actions more powerfully, allowing you to more completely create peace and harmony in your life. More than just simple “concentration,” meditation involves using specific techniques to help your mind and body reach a higher level of awareness. Whether you choose to meditate to change bad habits or create new good ones, meditation can be an asset to your overall mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The Billion Dollar Meditation
Start by relaxing every muscle in your entire body. Imagine a warm, healing energy and light caressing and entering every single cell inside of you.
When you are deeply relaxed, repeat the sound ” Ahhhhhhhh ” out loud, or in your mind. This is the same sound you would make if you had a big epiphany or were watching the most exquisite sunset. Let the sound come out effortlessly, releasing and relaxing your being deep inside.
Let the sound flow gently and naturally out of your lungs and vocal chords. Don’t force it out. Let is relax you deeper.
Then imagine a golden liquid light running up from the base of your spine, through your heart and showering out the top of your head.
As it fountains out the crown of your head, the liquid light cascades down over your entire body. You become a fountain of energy bathing in golden vibrant goodness.
With each in breath, the energy flows up your spine to the top of your head. With each out breath, it flows out your crown, cascades down around your body and drenches your skin, muscles, bones and cells with warm golden healing energy.
After 7 minutes of bathing in your golden shower, take the remaining time to imagine hundreds of millions of dollars ( in $100 bills ) floating down from the clouds above, dumping all over your neighborhood, entering your house and filling up your room!
Visualize yourself swimming through the money, touching the millions of dollars around you! Look outside your window and see how EXCITED and ECSTATIC everyone is! It is raining millions of dollars in everybody’s home! There is more than enough for everyone.
Let yourself experience this abundance and feel that you have more money than you could ever spend or ask for. Experience the feelings of JOY, SECURITY and EXCITEMENT this money brings to you.
Allow this feeling of being infinitely rich to sink to the core of your heart, mind and soul! Know that you are a God-Being and you deserve it!
As with all manifestation techniques, keep in mind that juicing up your emotions — really FEELING the joy and excitement outlined in the meditation — is the best way to kick the attraction power into high gear.
